This portal meets the investors’expectations regarding access to information for the exercise of economic activities in Tunisia.
It provides investors with a modern and intelligent search engine, enabling them to access information concerning the procedures and conditions for carrying out economic activities.
It presents the authorizations, the specifications for the exercise of economic activities and the administrative authorizations for the realization of economic projects as well as their conditions, methods and deadlines for granting.
Note that this portal does not cover the concessions granted by the competent authorities, the authorizations subject to a call for tenders, and the authorizations granted by the assembly of the representatives of the people within the meaning of chapter 13 of the constitution.
The objective of this Portal is part of the program for examining authorizations for the exercise of economic activities and aims to provide a simplified image of market access in Tunisia by developing an exclusive and comprehensive guide for all authorizations for the exercise of economic activities and administrative authorizations for the implementation of a project and specifications for the exercise of economic activities, the terms, conditions and deadlines for their allocation, with the exception of concessions granted by the competent authorities, authorizations which are the subject of the call for tenders, or authorizations granted by the Assembly of People's Representatives within the meaning of Chapter 13 of the Constitution.
